The brief called for a slate of polished, authentic video content showcasing how UBS offers meaningful career growth without sacrificing balance.
It wasn’t just a storytelling challenge. They needed the full campaign quickly, with every cut and caption cleared through a global brand team based in Switzerland.
Lightswitch took on scripting, casting, storyboarding, and full-scale production. In under a week, we filmed all eight stories and then in the following weeks delivered over 80 tailored assets. These included 1-minute profiles, 30 and 15 second cutdowns, and both vertical and horizontal versions—ready for whatever platform they needed.
